1.Game not working / not working properly. What should I do ?

That could be caused by a few things. Check the following :
- For on-line games you have to have a properly installed Flash Player on your computer

- Game may not run because your Internet connection is too slow. Some games require a few minutes to load with a slow connection.
- Some games are loaded from their developer’s site. If the site has problems, the game may not run properly. Sometimes it takes a while for the developer’s site to start working again
- It could be that your firewall’s settings are too strict and do not allow cookies. Most games use cookies on your computer. Consider a change of firewall settings for our game site.

2. Are All your games free?

Yes, all of them are free, you can play as much as you like and will not be asked for any charges.

3. Game stopped working. What should I do?
Check your Flash Player version. If necessary, get the latest update here: http://www.macromedia.com/go/getflashplayer

4. I want to add gumbai.net to my favorites. How do I do that?

On your browser, go to Favorites -> Add a favorite -> type http://gumbai.net -> Click “Apply” and “OK”

5. I sit possible to mute sound in-game?
Some games have the mute sound option, but in most games the only solution is to turn off the computer speakers / sound.

6. Do you trade banners or links?
At the moment we don’t trade banners or links. If you would like to advertise on our site, please use our contact form.

7. Can I use a joystick to play these games?
Flash games are navigated using a mouse and a keyboard. Using a joystick or other equipment depends on your computer’s configuration.

8. Can I set up an account on your site?
An account is not necessary on our site. You just click and play the game. An account is necessary only if you want to join the forum, but that’s not obligatory to play games.

9. Can I download any of these games on my mobile phone?
Our games are not targeted for mobile phones. Of course, if you have a phone with an Internet connection, maybe it will be possible for you to play. But the games have been developed mainly for computer players.
